Deadly Road Accident in Iraq’s Anbar Province Claims 13 Lives

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a catastrophic traffic accident occurred on a highway near the city of Fallujah in Iraq‘s Anbar province, claiming the lives of 13 people and injuring five others. Preliminary reports indicate that eight of the deceased were completely incinerated.
The incident, which took place in the early morning hours, led to the complete destruction of three vehicles. The injured victims were transported to Fallujah General Hospital, with the condition of two reported as critical.
In a related development, the Iraqi Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday that eight members of the Iraqi armed forces perished in a road incident within Anbar province. These soldiers were identified as belonging to the 27th Brigade of the 7th Army Division. The Ministry of Defense extended its condolences to the families of the victims, confirming that in addition to these eight military personnel, several civilians also lost their lives in the collision. Responsible authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
