Iran-US Nuclear Talks to Resume in Vienna Next Week After ‘Significant Progress’

Oman’s Foreign Minister announced that technical negotiations between Iran and the United States will reconvene in Vienna next week, following significant progress in indirect talks aimed at reaching a nuclear deal.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Oman’s Foreign Minister has reported substantial progress in the third round of indirect nuclear negotiations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America. These talks, focused on achieving a nuclear agreement, are set to continue next week in Vienna, the capital of Austria.

Badr Al-Busaidi, Oman’s Foreign Minister, stated on his X social media account that the current round of discussions has concluded after significant headway was made in the indirect dialogues between Iran and the U.S. He added that negotiations would resume following necessary consultations in the respective capitals.

The Omani Foreign Minister specified that technical-level talks would be held in Vienna next week. Al-Busaidi expressed his gratitude to all stakeholders, including the negotiators, the International Atomic Energy Agency, and the Swiss government as hosts, for their efforts.
