According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre announced on Sunday that his government will not allow the stationing of any nuclear weapons within Norway.
Speaking at a joint press conference with the prime ministers of Nordic countries and Canada, Støre confirmed that nuclear arms would not be deployed on Norwegian territory.
This statement comes amidst previous claims by some media outlets suggesting that Norway might host nuclear weapons from the United States or other European nations as part of measures perceived as antagonistic towards Moscow.
