White House Reports $12 Billion Spent on Operations Against Iran

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Director of the White House Council of Economic Advisers has stated that $12 billion has been spent to date on military operations in Iran. The official provided no further details regarding the breakdown of these expenditures.
Previously, Tom Fletcher, the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, warned about the escalating crisis in the region and the potential loss of control by the initiators of the conflict, the United States and the Israeli regime. He noted that, according to reports, one billion dollars is being spent daily to finance this war.
Speaking to reporters at the UN headquarters in New York on Friday, the senior UN official commented on the seventh day of the US and Israeli regime’s aggression against Iran. He stated, “This vast sum is being spent on destruction, while politicians continue to boast about cutting aid budgets for those in need.”
The Deputy Secretary-General emphasized the increasingly lethal convergence of technology and impunity in killings. He observed a continuous assault on the systems and laws designed to restrain humanity’s baser instincts and prevent unjust wars.
The Deputy Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator further elaborated that numerous warning lights are now illuminated. Echoing the Secretary-General’s sentiments, he stressed the urgent need for de-escalation, an immediate cessation of hostilities, genuine dialogue, and negotiations in accordance with the UN Charter.
