Earlier reports, citing sources within the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, indicated that Fidan engaged in discussions with the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, on Thursday. The telephone conversation focused on the current negotiations between Iran and the United States.
During their dialogue, Fidan and Al Thani reviewed the positions of various parties involved and assessed the latest developments in the ongoing negotiations between Tehran and Washington.
