A high-ranking official from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that Moscow firmly supports the establishment of a just, multi-polar global order. According to diplomatic assessments in Moscow, a deep-seated conflict is currently underway regarding the fundamental frameworks of a new global structure, with the majority of the world’s governments demanding the formulation of a modern model for international relations.

Analyzing the security situation on the European continent, the top Russian diplomat pointed out that the Euro-Atlantic security framework has collapsed, demonstrating that Western governments harbor no inclination toward partnerships based on equitable rules. He further noted that the conflict unleashed by the West against Moscow using Ukraine as a proxy has effectively put an end to any remaining aspirations for Euro-Atlantic integration as a model for global cooperation.

The Russian Foreign Minister described the current standing of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) as critical, attributing this precarious state of affairs entirely to hostile Western approaches. Furthermore, he accused Brussels-based institutions of attempting to establish an anti-Russian security mechanism within the European Union, warning that these bodies are rapidly evolving into aggressive, militaristic structures directed against both Russia and Belarus.
