Atwan suggested; Transfer of the headquarters of “Hamas” to Sana’a

A senior regional analyst, referring to US and Israeli pressure on Qatar to expel Hamas, suggested that Hamas leaders immediately move their office to Sanaa, which is one of the biggest supporters of Palestine.

report Mehr News Agency quoted by Rai Alyoum news site, Abdul Bari Atwan, the senior analyst of strategic issues in the region, wrote in an article that the government of Qatar these days wants to stop its relations with the Hamas movement and close its offices in Doha. The United States and the Zionist regime have come under double pressure, and this pressure is expected to increase in the coming days and weeks as a result of the conclusion of the ceasefire negotiations and the exchange of prisoners between the Palestinian sides and the Zionist regime, as well as the start of Israeli military operations in Rafah. The operation that Israel has designed and executed to achieve partial victories in order to preserve its reputation and its leaders.

According to this report, closing the offices of Al Jazeera network in the occupied territories, which was done a few days ago, is one of the axes of these pressures, and it is expected that this action will spread. and reach different areas of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and the journalists of this news network, like 145 other journalists active in the Gaza Strip, are assassinated by the Zionist regime.

Atwan adds that one of the leaders of the Hamas movement outside Palestine, in a meeting with a limited group of Jordanian Islamist figures, emphasized that Qatar is reconsidering the mediation between Hamas and Israel, and the results of this revision could be that Doha, under the pressure of America and Israel, officially asks Hamas to move its offices outside of this country.

At the same time, this Hamas official emphasized that such an official request has not yet been received by Hamas, but Hamas has examined all options and made contacts with possible alternative capitals. but Sanaa seems to be one of the most likely and best options in this regard.

Atwan stated that Muhammad Al-Bakhiti, one of the leaders of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement, announced in an article on the X site that Sana’a and the person of Abdul Malik al-Houthi and the Yemeni people were aware of the presence of the Hamas movement in the country. They welcome this country, because the fate of both nations is the same and the security of Yemen is part of the security of Palestine.

The senior regional analyst further pointed out some doubts about the insecurity of Sana’a and emphasized that it is not an exaggeration to say that Sana’a is currently and even in the future one of the safest And it is the most stable of the Arab capitals, and despite the Yemeni Navy’s war against Israeli and British ships in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, and the Indian Ocean, which has been carried out for the past 6 months, this city is not in any danger.

In further explanation of this claim, he adds that the Israeli occupiers, despite their advanced weapons and military fleet, which includes drones and equipped submarines, never dared to respond to Yemeni attacks or They have not allowed the missile attacks on the port of Eilat and have not fired a single bullet towards Yemen and are afraid of entering into a long-term war with the Yemenis.

Atwan expressed that the government and people of Yemen can be good hosts and great supporters for Hamas, no matter if they want to go to this country voluntarily or under pressure America and Israel should take this action on Qatar. He advises the leaders of Hamas to move their office to Sana’a without any hesitation and not to wait for any action, because the commitment of the Yemeni people and leaders to the Palestinian issue is not hidden from anyone.
