The request of the Palestinian National Forces to implement the sentence of the Hague Court

According to the international group Tasnim news agency, the national and Islamic forces in Palestine welcomed the ruling of the court. The International Court of Justice stated that it is necessary to stop the aggression of the Zionist regime to Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip and to reopen the Rafah land crossing, and they announced that they want all parties to work to implement the decisions of the International Court of Justice and not disturb them.

Palestinian national and Islamic forces also emphasized: We demand a serious effort to withdraw the occupiers from the Rafah crossing and reopen it as a purely Palestinian-Egyptian crossing. We welcome the Hague Court that called for the cessation of aggression against the city of Rafah and the reopening of the land crossing of this city, and we emphasize the need to stop the aggression on the entire Gaza Strip and the whole of Palestine and the complete withdrawal of the occupying army from the Gaza Strip.

Gaza issued a vote and emphasized: Israel must immediately stop its military attack on Rafah. With the agreement of 13 of its members against 2 votes against, this court ordered the Zionist regime to stop the military attack on Rafah. The head of the International Court of Justice said: South Africa asked the court to take more measures in accordance with the developments of military operations in Rafah. The court notes that the humanitarian situation in Rafah is catastrophic after weeks of bombardment. Israel’s ground attack on Rafah is still ongoing and has led to another wave of displacement.
