According to the regional office of Tasnim News Agency, the Central Bank of Afghanistan announced that from now on citizens of The country can withdraw 70,000 Afghanis (1,000 dollars) from their personal bank accounts in a week.
This announcement states: If a person wants to withdraw money from his three bank accounts once a month, he can only withdraw 250 1000 Afghani ($3000).
This bank has also said that government and non-government companies can withdraw five percent of their bank deposits from commercial banks every month, but on the condition that their monthly withdrawals do not exceed 100 1000 dollars or its equivalent in other currencies should not be increased.
Before this, Afghan citizens were allowed to withdraw 600 dollars a week and 2 thousand dollars a month from their bank accounts.
