According to this report, in this petition, the academicians have expressed their concern about the violation of human rights and international laws and the existence of danger for deported asylum seekers in Afghanistan.
This is the second petition that has been submitted to the Supreme Court of Pakistan challenging the decision to deport undocumented asylum seekers.
