Sergei Lavrov further added: Putin’s peace proposals are the result of his sober and constructive analysis of current realities… Moscow and Minsk will strengthen cooperation in the military-technical field. . We support our Belarusian partners to join the Shanghai Organization.
He noted: The initiative of the Eurasian security system is related to all the countries of this region. Russia is doing everything to avoid bringing as many countries as possible into the conflict in West Asia.
