The questionable action of the Afghan authorities in collecting Hossein’s symbols
In a questionable move, Afghan security officials collected Husseini flags and symbols in the west of Kabul and claimed that this move was done according to an agreement with Shia scholars.
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency, according to Awapress, local sources in the west of Kabul report the collection of mourning flags of Imam Hussein (a.s.), black-clothed symbols and drinking fountains in some areas by the officials of the Taliban government.
The security officials of Kabul province while confirming this issue say that this action was carried out according to the agreement of the cultural commission of the government with Shiite scholars.
There have also been reports from Herat province about the collection of mourning flags for Imam Hussain (AS) by local sources.
