Pope Francis called for an end to violence in West Asia

The leader of the world's Catholic Christians, in his public speech at the Vatican on Wednesday, reiterated his call for the parties to end the violence in West Asia, making the immediate end of the conflict dependent on the cessation of the war in Gaza.

Gulf 365 news base reported on Wednesday night that Pope Francis, the leader of the world Catholics, on Wednesday once again called for an end to conflicts in West Asia.

At the end of his public speech in the Vatican, the Pope mentioned the tensions in West Asia and said: he follows the situation in West Asia with great concern.

This Vatican official added: I once again appeal to the conflicting parties in West Asia for an immediate end to the conflict on all fronts, which starts from the Gaza Strip.

He described the humanitarian situation in Gaza as very dire and impossible.

Pope Francis continued that I pray for the honest finding of peace in order to extinguish the conflicts in West Asia and for love to prevail over hate and to disarm revenge with forgiveness.
