According to the report of Fars News Agency, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday expressed his appreciation for the action of the United States in vetoing the UN Security Council resolution for a ceasefire in Gaza.
The United States of America vetoed the United Nations Security Council resolution to establish an immediate ceasefire in Gaza on Saturday morning. 13 council members voted in favor of this resolution. Britain abstained from that vote and America vetoed it.
Netanyahu continued his speech: “Israel will continue the war to destroy Hamas and achieve its goals.”
The Prime Minister of the Zionist regime added: “Other countries should know that they cannot support the destruction of Hamas but demand a ceasefire to prevent it.”
