The United Nations and the Security Council stand by the right

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted the Prime Minister Najib Miqati as advancing Lebanon’s affairs, referring to the UN Secretary General’s recent stance on the fear of turning South Lebanon into another Gaza and that this war must end. Yabeda said: This stance should encourage everyone, especially the countries that have the ability to pressure Israel to stop the war.

He emphasized the necessity of implementing Security Council Resolution 2735 and solving the Palestinian issue based on a two-state solution and comprehensive and just peace.

Miqati, referring to the attacks of the Zionist regime on Lebanon, said: Israel’s attack on Lebanon is a war of war in every sense. Israel is looking for the planned destruction of Lebanese villages and towns and the destruction of Lebanon’s green areas. In our calls, we ask the United Nations and the Security Council and the relevant countries to stand by the right and stop Israel’s aggression.

The Prime Minister of Lebanon stated: We reaffirm our full commitment to Resolution 1701 and, as the Lebanese government, move towards stopping the Israeli war. and avoid moving towards an unknown situation as much as possible.
