The mayor of New York was officially accused of receiving bribes from Türkiye
reported by Mehr News Agency, the “New York Times” publication, quoting informed sources in the American government and judicial system, announced that “Eric Adams”, the mayor of New York state, officially accepted bribes and illegal financial relations with Turkish agents during the election campaigns. Congress has accused him and a summons has been issued to him.
According to these officials, an investigation has also been started about the New York mayor’s relations with the Zionist regime and the countries of China, Qatar, South Korea and Uzbekistan.
He is reportedly going to turn himself in to federal authorities. Requests for the resignation of the mayor of New York are increasing, and “Ocasio Cortes”, an influential representative of the Democratic Party of the mayor of New York, also asked him to resign.
Adams is the first New York mayor to be charged in court during his tenure.
