Guterres called for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip

While condemning the attacks of the Zionist regime on the northern Gaza Strip, the Secretary General of the United Nations called for an immediate ceasefire in this strip.

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Al-Mayadin, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in his speech condemned the attacks of the Zionist regime’s army fighters on the northern areas of the Gaza Strip, especially the regime’s attacks on hospitals.

Guterres also called for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

On the other hand, the United Nations announced in a statement: Priority should be given to the arrival of medical care and aid in order to prevent more people from dying in Gaza.

This international body emphasized: the recent attacks on hospitals in northern Gaza aggravate the humanitarian crisis and put the lives of thousands of people in grave danger.

The United Nations said: We want the immediate arrival of relief forces to northern Gaza. Violation of international laws in Gaza is unacceptable.

It is also stated in the continuation of this statement: Any changes in Resolution 1701 regarding Lebanon must be done through the United Nations Security Council. We condemn the widespread destruction of civilian targets as a result of Israel’s night air attacks on Lebanon.
