Putin: Ukrainian forces are panicking in Kursk

Putin stressed: Ukraine has lost its control over Kursk and panic has spread among Ukrainians.
The President of Russia emphasized: the commanders of the Ukrainian armed forces seek to hide the truth from their soldiers about Kursk, but this does not change anything.
He mentioned the surrender of the Ukrainian forces in Kursk and said: The Russian army accepts the prisoners and guarantees their lives and health.
Putin also said about the performance of Russian forces in Kursk: Our forces acted with unparalleled courage and bravery.
