Schultz: European countries have different opinions about Ukraine
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News quoted by Rashatodi, German Chancellor Olaf Schultz admitted that European countries have differences of opinion about the war in Ukraine.
Schultz made these statements after the informal meeting of European heads of state on Friday in Budapest. In this regard, he added that the consultations were mostly about the war in Ukraine and were detailed and very passionate.
The German Prime Minister also added that not all European Union members are in the same position in dealing with the Ukraine crisis.
Schultz continued: I don’t want to hide the fact that there are different positions. These disagreements can be seen at the public level. For example, the views expressed by the Prime Minister of Hungary on this issue are not the same as those I represent or many other friends in Europe who are very committed to saying that guaranteeing the necessary support to Ukraine is a high priority.
