Russia and Egypt insist on a ceasefire in Gaza
The foreign ministers of Russia and Egypt called for a ceasefire in Gaza and an end to the conflict in the Middle East.
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted from Al Jazeera, Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelati met and talked with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on the sidelines of the 3-day meeting of Sir Bani Yas in the United Arab Emirates.
Egypt’s Foreign Ministry issued a statement on this matter and announced: The foreign ministers of the two countries agreed on the need for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon, and the free entry of humanitarian aid to Gaza emphasized.
Badr Abdulati and Sergey Lavrov also called for ending the conflicts in the Middle East and finding a solution for sustainable peace in the region.
