This figure is the highest gas price in Europe since November last year.
The reason for the increase in gas prices in Europe over the past few days is the possible stoppage of Russian gas transfers to the Green Continent from Ukraine, which is supposed to take effect today.
The price of European gas has grown by 4% only in yesterday’s transactions.
Ukraine earlier announced that it will terminate the contract for the transfer of Russian gas from its territory on January 1st of the new year. Expires, will not renew.
