But this council, as responsible for maintaining international peace and security, has unfortunately not taken any effective measures to stop the attacks and killings in the occupied territories. The main obstacle in this regard has been the US government and some allies of the White House, who have practically provided unconditional support to the occupier and the genocide. It requires all of us and all international actors, especially independent and free governments, to make no effort to support Palestine. Political, parliamentary, think tank and media delegations from 69 countries are present at today’s international meeting in Tehran.
