France: We are ready to negotiate with Iran

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrow claimed on Thursday that Iran’s nuclear program creates security concerns for European countries.
The French Foreign Minister further said: We have announced our readiness to participate in difficult and tough negotiations with Tehran.
Barrow also said that the US is the main partner of Paris, but France has sovereignty over its foreign policy
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of France further claimed that this country is ready to participate in the reconstruction operations of Gaza, Lebanon and Syria.
UN Deputy Secretary General for Political Affairs recently read the 18th report of Antonio Guterres regarding the implementation of Resolution 2231 of this Council and the JCPOA agreement at the regular meeting of the UN Security Council.
The 2-page report reads: Since my last report, regional developments surrounding the JCPOA have worsened, underscoring the critical need for a peaceful solution to the Iran nuclear issue. The US has not returned to this plan, nor has it canceled or suspended the unilateral sanctions imposed after withdrawing from the JCPOA on May 8, 2018.
The United States has also not extended the exemptions related to the oil trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Since May 2019, after the withdrawal of the United States from the JCPOA, Iran has not reversed (returned) any of the steps it has taken against its nuclear-related obligations.
