According to the media, Russian President Vladimir Putin has met with a member of the political office of the Central Committee of the North Korean Central Committee in North Korea and the secretary of the Central Committee in the Kremlin.
Russian news agency Ryanosti quoted Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying that Putin met with “Ray Heng”.
