According to the Fars News Agency International Group, the President of the Russian Federation, “Vladimir Putin” said today (Monday) that the “BRICS” organization is attracting more countries and supporters.
Putin, during a speech on the occasion of the beginning of the rotating presidency of Russia in the BRICS organization, said that Moscow is eager for useful and beneficial cooperation with all the members of this organization.
According to the news agency Sputnik”, he mentioned among the priority issues on Russia’s agenda as the rotating BRICS chairman, such as strengthening interactions in the fields of science, advanced technologies, healthcare and environment, among other potential areas for cooperation between the members of this organization.
The Russian president explained about this: “In total, [Russia] plans to hold more than 200 meetings and conferences at different levels [of BRICS] in different cities of Russia as part of its periodic presidency.” We invite the representatives of all the countries that are willing to cooperate with our organization to participate in this summit. Dared said that the countries of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia also officially became full members of BRICS as of today.
