reports Mehr News Agency In a statement, he responded to the charges against the Republic of Azerbaijan that Armenia had created border clashes.
Full text of this statement provided by Armenian Prime Minister’s Office to Armenpress as follows:
from March 1-8, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan has published six reports on the allegation of a ceasefire violation by the Armenian Armed Forces on the Armenian and Azerbaijani border.
After the reports were released, the Department of Defense of the Armenian Republic conducted the necessary investigations, and as a result of these investigations, the Armenian Armed Forces violated allegations.
In any of the rejected reports, the Department of Defense of the Armenian Republic of Armenia proposed the proposal of the Prime Minister’s Office, which was presented on June 6 to create a joint Armenian-Azerbaijani mechanism to investigate cases of ceasefire or related reports. However, the Republic of Azerbaijan has not yet responded positively.
March 5 also stated that the Ministry of Defense of the Armenian Ministry of Defense was ready to review the claims if they receive documentary documents by the Republic of Azerbaijan.
To clarify the matter, it should be noted that no documentary document or document on the armed forces of the Armenian Republic of Armenia has been submitted to Armenia so far.
The Armenian Prime Minister’s Office, repeating its proposal to create a joint mechanism between Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan to investigate the violations of the ceasefire or related reports, declares that the Armenian Armed Forces have no reason or command to violate the ceasefire.
The Armenian Republic of Armenia has always been based on a peace plan and steps taken to finalize the text of the Peace Agreement and establish intercity relations between Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan are undeniable evidence of this claim.
Finalization of the text of the Peace Agreement and the end of its negotiations is a vital step, and the Republic of Armenia calls on the Republic of Azerbaijan to begin discussions on the date and location of the signing of the agreement.
We believe that the agreed text of the draft agreement has covered the basic issues of peace and the establishment of relations between Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan and envisaged mechanisms for discussing future duties.
It should also be noted that in January, the Republic of Armenia in writing to the Republic of Azerbaijan is a proposal to solve the issue of rail transport from the western parts of the Republic of Azerbaijan through the Armenian territory to Nakhchivan, for the opposite and to the third countries, as well as the north of the north of Armenia, Presented to third countries. There was also a proposal to create a bilateral mechanism for counter -weapons control that is still awaiting a positive response from the Republic of Azerbaijan.
At the same time, we again emphasize that the Republic of Armenia is ready to continue the work of restricting government borders with the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with the joint ventures of the Commission for the limitation and security of the state borders between Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
