According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and TV BRICS, an international academic and practical conference was held at Russia’s Peoples’ Friendship University (RUDN), where experts, researchers, and political analysts gathered to discuss the prospects of economic development under contemporary conditions.
The meeting placed special emphasis on the role of BRICS and China as key players in global trade.
Vladimir Filippov, Rector of RUDN University, highlighted the importance of strengthening ties in regionalization processes, particularly within frameworks like BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Association (SCO).

Ebrahimov emphasized that the new institutions formed within the BRICS framework have become choice channels of cooperation for member states.

Ebrahimov also noted that newly established international bodies under “BRICS+” provide effective collaboration avenues for countries like Iran.
According to him, the New Development Bank (NDB) plays a pivotal role in this process by fostering equitable and sustainable structures in global relations, creating opportunities for active participation in the world economy.
