According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Marco Rubio, the U.S. Secretary of State, stated in an interview with NBC on Sunday that the U.S. did not expand sanctions against Russia to avoid disrupting peace efforts in the Ukraine conflict.
