Zionist media: Houthi attacks have isolated Israel
Zionist Media Acknowledge Expansion of Ansarullah Yemen Attacks, Stating the Group has Successfully Targeted Vital Symbols of “Israeli Sovereignty” and Isolated Tel Aviv from the Outside World.
According to a report by the English section of “Webangah News Agency,” citing Yemen’s al-Masirah network, Israeli newspapers such as Maariv and Israel Hayom admitted to the escalation of Ansarullah Yemen’s attacks, emphasizing that the group has successfully targeted vital symbols of “israeli sovereignty,” disrupted shipping routes, and isolated tel Aviv from the outside world.
Israel’s Maariv newspaper wrote on this matter: “What was unprecedented in Yemen’s recent Houthi attack was not just shutting down Ben Gurion Airport for two hours but targeting one of Israel’s core symbols of sovereignty and attempting to isolate Israel from the global community.”
The report stated: “for over a year and a half, Houthi forces have disrupted Israeli shipping routes, preventing commercial vessels from reaching the port of Eilat and other Israeli ports.”
Maariv added: “In recent months, Yemen’s Houthis have focused their attacks on Haifa and Ashdod ports as well as energy platforms in Ashkelon.”
The newspaper noted that in one instance, a Houthi drone crashed near an energy facility bridge—just meters away from causing widespread damage.
Meanwhile, Israel Hayom, citing assessments by Israeli security agencies, reported that Ansarullah likely fired a new type of missile toward Ben Gurion Airport on Sunday.
The paper also stated that despite U.S. strikes on Yemen, Ansarullah continues to develop new drones and missiles.
