Russia’s Latest Stance on Iran and US Overlooking Tel Aviv
Russia’s Foreign Ministry criticized the U.S. for overlooking israel’s actions, accusing Washington and Tel Aviv of damaging the International Atomic Energy Agency’s credibility amid tensions over Iran.
According to webangah News Agency, Russia has issued a statement regarding Iran’s nuclear program.
The Russian Foreign Ministry stated: “It is a mistake for the U.S. to ignore Israel, which has not joined the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.”
The ministry further declared: “The U.S. and Israel are responsible for undermining the IAEA’s credibility in relation to disputes over Iran.”
Russia’s Foreign Ministry added: “We have proposed a solution to resolve tensions with Iran,which includes supporting Tehran’s peaceful nuclear energy program while safeguarding Israel’s interests.”
