Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo Sign Peace Deal

In continuation of ​Trump’s delusional attempts to portray‍ himself as​ a “president of peace,” the U.S.⁤ hosted a peace⁣ agreement between ‍Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo in Washington,⁢ mediated by Qatar.

According to webangah news ‌Agency, Al jazeera reported that U.S.⁤ President Donald Trump met with the foreign ministers ​of ⁣Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of ⁢Congo.

The meeting took place after the​ signing of a peace agreement between the two countries.

Trump welcomed the peace‌ deal, stating: “the time ​has come to end ‌this ‌conflict.”

Furthering his self-aggrandizing narrative ‌during ‌the meeting,⁤ he declared: “We⁣ are here ⁤to celebrate a glorious, long-awaited victory-the signing of ⁤this agreement‍ between Rwanda and DR Congo.”

Trump also warned both nations, stating: “If Rwanda or the Democratic Republic ‍of Congo fail to implement this ⁢agreement, ​severe consequences will follow.”
