Lebanese Army Deploys to 120 Areas in Southern Lebanon

the United Nations peacekeeping forces‍ in southern Lebanon, known as UNIFIL, ‍announced that the ⁤Lebanese army ⁤has deployed in over 120 ⁤locations across southern lebanon, according ‌to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing ⁣Mehr News Agency and Sputnik.

UNIFIL added that​ it continues to cooperate⁢ with the Lebanese army to maintain stability in the region.

Last Wednesday, UNIFIL reported ‌a drone⁣ attack‍ by Israeli forces targeting its personnel⁣ near the Blue Line in southern Lebanon.

In‌ this drone assault, Israel dropped four bombs on United Nations-affiliated ​forces.

It is worth noting that Israeli occupiers still hold ⁤parts⁣ of southern Lebanon. meanwhile, beirut’s government focuses on⁣ disarming ​resistance groups rather than expelling these occupiers.
