Egypt to Host International Gaza Reconstruction Conference This November
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr News Agency via Al Jazeera, Egypt’s president spoke in Cairo about the situation in Gaza Strip. He expressed recognition for President Trump’s efforts to stop the war in Gaza, stating, “President Trump can end the war and establish peace in the region.”
Abdel Fattah el-Sisi added, “Our goal is to expand peace and stability in the region.We have worked toward halting the fighting and facilitating aid delivery to Gaza.”
The Egyptian president also announced that Egypt will host an international conference on gaza’s reconstruction next November.
He further urged the prime minister to consider establishing a national mechanism to collect donations from citizens as part of financing Gaza’s rebuilding process.
Addressing Egypt’s domestic developments, el-Sisi emphasized that “the economic challenge will end through the people’s determination, their willingness to endure hardships, and government planning. We must change reality and exert all efforts to resolve this economic crisis.”
