Israeli Regime Army Faces Unprecedented Military Manpower Shortage

The Israeli army stated it is facing a deficit of 1,300 officers in all combat units, ranging from second lieutenant to captain ranks.
Additionally, the military reports a shortage of approximately 300 majors in various combat divisions.
The Israeli army also noted that about 30 percent of its senior commanders are expected to leave the armed forces next year.
According to the report, 70 percent of reservists’ families are experiencing severe difficulties due to extended service periods and disruptions in their economic activities.
The military emphasized that this manpower shortfall directly affects regime security.Only 37 percent of officers have expressed willingness to continue serving this year-a significant drop from around 58 percent in 2018.
Furthermore, estimates indicate that 30 percent of reservists and active-duty soldiers will not return to their units next year.
