Lebanese President Condemns Zionist Regime’s Chemical Attack on Southern Lebanon

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Lebanese President Joseph Aoun has strongly condemned the Zionist regime’s recent aggression against southern Lebanon, including the release of toxic chemicals in agricultural fields and orchards. He described the act as a hostile move and an environmental crime.
President Aoun emphasized that these dangerous actions target Lebanon’s farmlands and vital income sources, posing a direct threat to the health and environment of the country’s citizens.
The Lebanese leader called on the international community to fulfill its responsibilities regarding this matter. This comes days after UN peacekeeping forces stationed in southern Lebanon (UNIFIL) reported that the Zionist regime had released a chemical substance in the region.
