Norway’s Ambassador to Iraq and Jordan Resigns Over Ties to Jeffrey Epstein

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Norway‘s Foreign Ministry announced that Mona Juul has stepped down from her position as ambassador to Iraq and Jordan due to a ‘serious error in judgment’ linked to her association with the late financier Jeffrey Epstein. The ministry had previously suspended Juul temporarily after U.S. government documents exposed her connections to Epstein.
Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide described the association as a grave misjudgment, stating that rebuilding trust in such a diplomatic role would be extremely challenging. Juul, who previously served as Norway’s ambassador to the Zionist regime and the UK, is among the figures implicated in the sprawling international Epstein scandal.
