US House Democrat Leader Declares War on Iran Has Failed

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Hakeem Jeffries, the Democratic leader in the U.S. House of Representatives, has sharply criticized the war-mongering policies of the current U.S. President. Citing data published by Mehr News Agency, which referenced Al Mayadeen, Jeffries stated that the reckless and costly war initiated against Iran by a previous decision has failed, and the time for a radical change has arrived.

The American representative had previously called for an end to his country’s belligerence toward Iran, saying, “Enough is enough; end this unnecessary and failed war of choice that the Republicans have initiated regarding Iran.”

Hakeem Jeffries underscored that the “epic failure operation in Iran has been a disaster for the American people.” He asserted that taxpayer dollars should be allocated to making life more affordable for Americans, rather than funding yet another endless war in the Middle East.
