According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a passenger train derailed in the Mazovian Voivodeship in central Poland after colliding with a truck at a railway crossing on Wednesday. The incident resulted in 20 people being injured, with four reported to be in serious condition.

The Polish national railway company, PKP Intercity, confirmed that the accident occurred around 11:25 AM local time (09:25 AM GMT). The train, en route from Lublin to Szczecin, struck a truck that had entered the railway crossing, causing several carriages to leave the tracks.

Following the collision, train traffic between Wólka Okopska and Przesieka was temporarily suspended.
