Nine Palestinians Killed in Israeli Strikes on Gaza Amid Ceasefire Violations

At least nine Palestinians have been killed and several others injured following Israeli aerial attacks on various areas of the Gaza Strip since this morning, according to hospital sources. The attacks come despite a ceasefire agreement established under President Donald Trump’s peace plan and UN Security Council Resolution 2803.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, hospital sources in the Gaza Strip reported that nine people have been martyred as a result of the Israeli regime’s aerial attacks on different parts of the strip since this morning.

Palestinian sources had previously announced that at least three people were martyred in a drone attack on a gathering of Palestinian citizens around Al-Qubah Mosque in the west of Khan Yunis. Five people were also injured in this attack.

The Gaza ceasefire was implemented within the framework of Donald Trump’s 20-point plan to end the war and with the support of UN Security Council Resolution 2803. The ‘Peace Council’ has been tasked with following up on the implementation of this plan and the reconstruction process of Gaza.

This plan emphasizes maintaining the ceasefire, the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza, and the commencement of the process for the administration transfer of the region. However, numerous reports indicate the continuation of Israeli attacks and violations of the ceasefire. Reuters reported that since the establishment of the ceasefire in October 2025, more than 1,300 Palestinians have been martyred in Gaza.

Reports on the implementation process of the plan also show that parts of the commitments, including the full withdrawal of Israel and the implementation of some agreement provisions, continue to face serious challenges.
