The Libyan crisis centered on the Congo meeting

According to the international group Tasnim News Agency
, two governments have been ruling Libya for almost two decades, despite the efforts made to unify the political system and territorial unity, parliamentary and presidential elections have not been held in Libya yet, and this country does not have a national army. >
The meeting of the African Union High Committee with the presence of leaders and high-ranking officials of neighboring countries of Libya will be held in the Republic of Congo today, so that the participants will discuss ways to end the political divide in Libya and the realization of national reconciliation in this country.
The purpose of holding this meeting is to lay the foundation for holding a national reconciliation conference between different Libyan currents.
This conference is supposed to be held next April (April 1403) under the supervision of the High Committee of the African Union and the Libyan Presidential Council in Sirte (an important city near Tripoli) – Benghazi) to be held.
At today’s meeting of the Congolese, “Mohammed Menifi”, the President of the Presidential Council, and “Abdolhamid Dabebe”, the Prime Minister of the Interim Government of National Unity (Tripoli), along with other Active actors are present in the Libyan arena.
According to “Wasat Libya” news site, before the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Congo Ba Ba Mohammed Manifi visited and talked with him about the latest developments in the process of national reconciliation in Libya and the successful ways of holding the National Reconciliation Conference (Serte).
In this meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the role of the African Union in resolving the Libyan crisis, including the realization of national reconciliation in this country.
