According to the report of the international group Tasnim news, on the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the Shabaniya holidays, “Soroush Molana” music group, which has traveled to Saudi Arabia under the initiative of our country’s embassy in Riyadh, performed excellent pieces of traditional and authentic Iranian music in the amphitheater hall of “Qasral Al-Taqqafa” in Riyadh city.
At the beginning of this program that Ambassadors, local officials, nationals from other countries residing in Saudi Arabia and a number of resident Iranians were present. In a short speech, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Riyadh, Alireza Enayati, thanked the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs for coordinating the holding of the “Iranian Music Night”, referring to the rich culture of Iran. and added: “Culture and art originate from the heart and sit on the hearts.” Enaiti expressed hope that various cultural programs will be held between the two countries in the future.
Iranian music night was well received by the audience, so that the applause of the musicians lasted for several minutes. Fajr and National Day were planned and performed.
“Soroush Molana” under the supervision of Hossein Sojoudi, a tar player, Abbas Rahbarnia’s vocals, Ali Khashtinejad’s tarukmancheh and Mohammad Sarbaz’s tambourine, performed 10 pieces of authentic Iranian music.
