According to the United Nations, one out of every 10 children under the age of five in the Gaza Strip suffers from acute malnutrition and is at risk of death. Even some people in Gaza have turned to eating fodder and hunger has spread throughout this region. Also, clean and potable water is not found at all, and people find only one and a half or two liters of non-potable water per day to meet their daily needs.

He continued, one of these babies is a 4-month-old girl who was found on a tree trunk in Al-Sabra neighborhood in the southwest of Gaza after a bloody night in this neighborhood. And without anyone knowing his family, he was taken to al-Shifa hospital, and after the bombardment of al-Shifa, he was brought to the Emirati hospital in Rafah in the south. We named him Malak and one of the nurses took this baby home and takes care of him. Dr. Akashe said that the calls to find the families of this Babies continue, but in the shadow of the terrible war conditions, it is not possible to realize this. The Gaza Strip has passed a catastrophic stage and some families get only half of a meal in 48 hours. The residents of the northern Gaza Strip cannot even find fodder and grain, and the occupying regime prevents aid trucks from reaching northern Gaza.
