From February 16 to 18, Germany will host the Munich Security Summit, which will bring together about 50 heads of state and give speeches on global issues.
Moore, who heads Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) known as MI6, previously met with Pashinyan in December 2022 during a surprise visit to Yerevan. The Armenian government said at the time that they discussed “the processes taking place in the South Caucasus”.
The head of the British spy agency flew to the Armenian capital four days after meeting with Armen Grigoryan, the secretary of the Armenian Security Council in London. Shortly after that trip, Pashinyan’s government approved a bill on the creation of Armenia’s foreign intelligence service.
