Aleksandr Lukashenko, the president of Belarus, warned that the situation on the borders of Europe with this country and Russia is not calm.
According to the Russian news agency Ria Novosti, Lukashenko said in a statement on Tuesday: “The situation on the European continent and near our borders is not going to be calm.” In the vicinity of Belarus and Russia, approximately 32,000 soldiers from NATO’s joint armed forces have been stationed.
He added: In addition to NATO soldiers, more than a thousand armored vehicles, about 160 artillery and mortar systems, and 235 airplanes and helicopters were deployed on our borders. In this regard, it has been announced that NATO will hold the largest military exercises in its history this month in Eastern Europe and close to Russia and Belarus.
The president of Belarus emphasized that the joining of Finland and Sweden in the near future to NATO is considered a new wave of expansion of this alliance to the east, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Georgia and Serbia will also be included in NATO.
The fear of NATO’s conflict with Russia has covered the entire continent of Europe. So that the countries of this continent face Moscow for a nuclear conflict. In this regard, Bild published pictures showing that Finland has built underground shelters to avoid a nuclear attack in order to deal with a possible Russian attack.
Recently, after the US did not send military equipment to Ukraine, Russia was able to achieve a significant victory and control another Ukrainian city. NATO has described this period of the war as difficult.
