The representatives of Iraq and Ireland spoke at the third session of the International Court of Justice to investigate the crimes of the Zionist regime against the Palestinian nation in The Hague, Netherlands and criticized the policies of this regime.

reported Mehr News Agency quoted Al Jazeera, the representative of Iraq said at the session of the International Court of Justice to investigate the crimes committed by the Zionist regime against the Palestinian nation that Israel should be prosecuted for committing crimes against Palestinians.

Iraq’s representative in the third consultative hearing on the legal consequences of the policies and actions of the occupying Israeli regime in the occupied Palestinian territories, including Beit Al-Maqdis Sharqi added in the International International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands: Israel is responsible for human rights violations in the Palestinian territories.

He stated: The occupying regime of Israel is trying to completely isolate and surround the Palestinian nation.

The representative of Ireland also said in this meeting that his country supports the two-state solution in the Palestinian territories and that Israel, as an occupying government, is required to respect international laws. We believe that we are dealing with legal issues according to the UN Charter, and we regret that Israel has decided not to participate in the court hearings.

The representative of Ireland noted: Israel is changing the population composition in the West Bank through annexation and usurpation of lands in the West Bank. Israel seeks to control large parts of Palestinian lands in various ways. The development of settlements shows that Israel has been annexing Palestinian lands for decades.
