Yesterday, Monday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jihon Bayramov, announced to the journalists that the Republic of Azerbaijan and Armenia will discuss the draft peace agreement in the coming days.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan said in this regard: In the coming days, there will be negotiations between the delegations of Azerbaijan and Armenia regarding the peace agreement. The senior diplomat of the Republic of Azerbaijan did not provide more details about the upcoming negotiations with Armenia.
Despite the suspension of negotiations between Baku and Yerevan, the two countries continued to work on the text of the peace agreement. After the meeting between Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, it was decided to resume negotiations.
