A writer who became a spy

A South Korean citizen was arrested on charges of spying on Russia for the foreign intelligence service.

report Mehr News, citing Tas, a South Korean citizen was arrested in Russia on charges of espionage.

Baek Won Sun, a citizen of South Korea, who was arrested on charges of espionage in Russia, introduced himself as a writer.

While looking into Baek Won Soon’s case, investigators discovered that he had told a colleague that he was a writer, according to a source familiar with the matter. This person has received confidential government information through one of the online messaging services.

According to this knowledgeable source, this South Korean citizen was supposed to pass information to foreign intelligence services.

This informed source, of course, did not specify what information this South Korean citizen received and which foreign intelligence service he represents.

According to the Moscow Lefortovo Court, Baek Won Soon is 53 years old and has no criminal record in his case. This person is native and a citizen of South Korea.
