UNICEF: Children in northern Gaza are dying of hunger and thirst

The Executive Director of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) emphasized that Palestinian children in the northern Gaza Strip are dying of hunger and thirst.

According to Mehr News Agency, Catherine Russell, the executive director of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), said in a note on the X channel that the food security phased classification report prepared by UN-affiliated organizations shows their deep fear and concern about the current situation in Gaza.

Russell stated that the current situation in Gaza requires immediate action from all over the world.

The Zionist regime prevents humanitarian aid from entering the Gaza Strip, especially north of this strip, and except for a limited amount, not much aid enters this strip.
2.3 million Palestinians live in this strip. They are in the most difficult conditions and do not have access to water, food, medicine and fuel.
