NATO Secretary General arrived in Armenia

The Secretary General of NATO arrived in Yerevan today to meet with the senior officials of the Armenian government.

According to Mehr News Agency to According to Azarnews, the Armenian media announced by publishing pictures that Jens Stoltenberg, the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), arrived at the Yerevan airport a few hours ago to meet with the Prime Minister of Armenia, Niklas Pashinyan, and other senior officials of this country.

Armenian Deputy Minister of Defense Hrachia Sarkisian and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vahan Kostanyan welcomed Stoltenberg at Zvartnots Airport in Yerevan.

In the framework of his visit to Yerevan, Jens Stoltenberg met with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and discussed issues related to the interaction between Armenia and NATO, regional trends, and the peace agreement between Yerevan and Baku.

Stoltenberg had visited the Republic of Azerbaijan and Georgia before traveling to Armenia.
