Sanaa’s request to Riyadh to sign the Yemen peace plan

In a speech, the head of the Supreme Political Council of Yemen called for Saudi Arabia to sign the country's peace plan.

“Mahdi Al-Mashat”, the head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, emphasized Sana’a’s readiness to sign the country’s peace plan.

According to the report of the “Saba” news agency, Al-Mashat stressed Sana’a’s full desire to advance the path of peace in Yemen and said: “Yemen is not a danger to anyone and anyone who has a problem with Sana’a can resolve it through dialogue.” ».

Al-Mashat called on the leaders of the Arab coalition to move towards establishing lasting peace and ending the aggression and to sign and implement the peace plan that was reached in the negotiations under the supervision of Oman.

He expressed hope that the leadership of the Arab coalition will be able to cut off the hands of the “merchants of war” led by the United States and England, who are clearly determined to obstruct the path of peace efforts in Yemen and the region.

“Hans Grundberg”, the representative of the United Nations in Yemen affairs, announced in early January that an agreement had been reached between the National Salvation Government of Yemen and the Riyadh-affiliated government in Aden, and said that a road map to achieve peace had been considered. .
